The rates, which are subject to the 9% Vermont Rooms and Meals tax, are based on a single or double occupancy per room per night. They include a full breakfast.

A two-night minimum stay is required on some weekends and holidays, and during Foliage season.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Your room will be ready for you at 3:00pm on the date of your arrival. If you plan to arrive after 9:00pm, please let us know. We ask that you be prepared to check out by 11:00am on the date of your departure.

OUR NO-SMOKING POLICY: A no-smoking policy is maintained at all times in our home.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a charge equivalent to a one-night reservation for any cancellation (including delayed arrival and/or premature departure) received less than fourteen days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
