This second-floor room's namesake is Hillary Underwood, the former owner
of what is now The Charleston House. She was not only renowned for her fine
antiques, she also made a name for herself baking pies. Apparently whenever
the mouth-watering aromas of her still warm pastries wafted up and down the
road, neighbors knew that they would be welcome to a piece of the freshly
baked delights. Now, from this room, you will wake up to the tempting aromas
of our bountiful breakfasts, knowing that your place at the table will be
saved just for you.
Queen bed. Private bathroom with bathtub and shower combination, just a couple
of steps across the hall from the room. Clock radio.
Hair dryer. Air-conditioning in summer.
