ACCOMMODATIONS
Each of our rooms accommodates a maximum of two people.

ROOM RATES
The room rates are subject to the 9% Vermont Rooms and Meals tax. They are based on a single or double occupancy per room, per night. Breakfast is included.

MINIMUM STAYS
A two-night minimum stay is required on some weekends and during Foliage season.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Your room will be ready for you at 3:00pm on the date of your arrival. If you plan to arrive after 9:00pm, please let us know. We ask that you be prepared to check out by 11:00am on the date of your departure.

OUR NO-SMOKING POLICY
A no-smoking policy is maintained at all times in our home.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
In general, a deposit equivalent to a one-night stay secures your room.
The exception to the rule:
The full charge for a room reservation over Dartmouth College Graduation week-end (the second weekend in June) is processed at the time the reservation is made.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
In general, if you should need to cancel, we will refund your deposit if notice is given at least fourteen days prior to arrival date. For cancellations (including delayed arrival and/or premature departure) with notice given less than fourteen days prior to arrival dates, your deposit will be applied to a future stay, or refunded if we are able to rebook the room.
The exceptions to the rule:
1. Reservations over Dartmouth College Graduation week-end (the second weekend in June) are non-refundable.
2. For multi-room reservations, a different cancellation policy may be applied.
